CURRENTLY: Christa Thoben, Minister for Economic Affairs and Energy of North Rhine-Westphalia has awarded as an agent of the cooperative community "ServiceQualität Deutschland in NRW", the Deutschen Landschriftenverlag in Bonn as the first publisher in North Rhine-Westphalia with the Q-Seal. Thus were the quality management and the many years of excellent work of all employees honoured.
With the awarded quality seal that stands for high quality service, the idea of service for consumers and corporate governance is celebrated. „We share with the objective of the SeviceQualität in North Rhine-Westphalia in Germany without restriction“, says Martin Gaumert manager and publishing director. „ Hence we provide a comprehensive improvement of the quality of tourism service and competitive situation in each federal state and throughout the holiday destination Germany.“
